Yes. You can request a plan change from billing settings. Upgrades can take effect after approval and any required payment. Downgrades are scheduled for the next billing cycle.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept FPS, PayMe, bank transfer, and credit card. Upload your payment proof from the billing page.

Is my shop's data isolated from other shops?

Yes. Each shop runs in its own workspace with separate products, tenants, sales, reports, and settings. If one owner manages multiple shops, each shop stays separate and nothing is mixed together.
